Legendary Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin took to X on Wednesday morning to announce his retirement from the cash-rich Indian Premier League. The 38-year-old spinner from Chennai played 221 matches for five teams and scored 833 runs in addition to taking 187 wickets. Ashwin finished his career as the fifth-highest-wicket-taker and seventh-most-capped player. Here’s a look at his IPL career:
