Bangladesh limited Hong Kong to 143 for 7 and successfully chased the target of 144 with 14 balls to spare.
After being invited to bat, Hong Kong struggled to score quickly and lost several wickets towards the end of their innings.
Nizakat Khan was the top scorer with 42 runs, while opener Zeeshan Ali added a valuable 30.
Pacers Tanzim Hasan Sakib (2/21), Taskin Ahmed (2/38), and leg-spinner Rishad Hossain (2/31) each claimed two wickets.
With the bat, Bangladesh skipper Litton Das scored 59, and Towhid Hridoy remained unbeaten with 35.
