India, after having sealed their passage into the final of the 2025 Asia Cup T20, take on Sri Lanka in the final Super Four clash of the tournament. The contest is inconsequential except for academic purposes. Sri Lanka have already been eliminated alongside Bangladesh with India to face Pakistan in the summit clash on Sunday evening.

India and Sri Lanka have clashed in T20Is 32 times so far since February 2009. India have had a better of these exchanges with 22 (including one via Super Over) while Sri Lanka winning 9 with one ending in a no result.
