He opened his wicket account by dismissing Saim Ayub on the fifth ball of the 13th over and then picked up three wickets in the 17th over. On the first ball he accounted for the dismissal of Salman Ali Agha, who was caught by Sanju Samson, and on the fourth and sixth deliveries, removed Shaheen Shah Afridi and Faheem Ashraf.
