Asian Cricket Council (ACC) chief Mohsin Naqvi has reportedly expressed his readiness to hand over the Asia Cup winner’s medals to the Indian team, but with one condition: he wants a ‘formal function’ to be arranged for the same. According to a report in Cricbuzz, Naqvi has revealed his condition to the Asia Cup organisers, but it’s unlikely that such a function would be arranged, which means the ‘logjam’ is set to continue for now.
