The Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced the third phase of ticket sales for the 2026 T20 World Cup, starting February 3. The first ticket sales phase began on December 11, 2025, followed by the second phase on January 14, 2026.

The initial two phases saw strong sales, and the board is eager to provide another chance for fans to experience the tournament in their home country. With the event just three days away, a high demand for the final tickets is anticipated.

BCCI is making final arrangements by coordinating with host cities and stakeholders to ensure readiness and operational plans are in place. Out of the five host cities, only Delhi, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad will host matches featuring India, while Kolkata and Chennai will not.

Currently, BCCI is focused on these matches, as BCCI president Mithun Manhas remarked,

“The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is an event of global significance, and the BCCI is committed to working closely with the ICC to deliver it to the highest standards. As the third phase of ticket sales opens, we look forward to welcoming fans to our stadiums for matches that showcase the depth and competitiveness of International cricket.”

Which Matches are the Top Attractions for Fans?

Matches featuring India are the biggest draw for fans. The India vs. Pakistan match in Colombo on February 15 has generated significant buzz, even causing the ticket website to crash due to high traffic.

In addition, matches involving Nepal are also seeing a surge in ticket demand, indicating a rapidly growing fanbase.
