Harry Tector (40 runs) and Ross Adair (34 runs) were the standout players for Ireland. Maheesh Theekshana and Wanindu Hasaranga each took three wickets for Sri Lanka.
Kusal Mendis led the batting for Sri Lanka with an unbeaten 56 runs off 43 balls, which included 5 fours. Kamindu Mendis also contributed with 44 runs off 19 balls, hitting 4 fours and 2 sixes.
For Ireland, George Dockrell and Barry McCarthy each picked up two wickets.
