On February 15, India will face Pakistan in a highly anticipated match in Colombo. Ahead of this encounter, Rohit Sharma has shared a important message for Team India.

Despite being labeled the favorites, Rohit disagrees with that view. He stated that once the game starts, past achievements and rankings do not count.

Rohit remarked, “I never believe in words like ‘favorite.’ It’s a very unpredictable game, and we have seen this many times in International Cricket over the last 10 years.”

He cautioned the team about the challenge of playing Pakistan in a major tournament, saying, “You cannot just walk in thinking this is an easy two points for us. To earn those points, you have to play good cricket on that particular day; otherwise, you might return empty-handed.”

Rohit stressed that previous successes, team dynamics, or player form do not matter; what counts is performance on that day. Any team can win against any opponent if they play well.
