Adam Zampa dismissed Babar Azam during the second T20I between Pakistan and Australia at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Zampa bowled in the 8th over when Pakistan was at 76/2 and took Babar’s wicket on the first ball. He had previously dismissed Babar in the first T20I as well.

Babar attempted to play Zampa to the leg side but was trapped in front of the stumps, leaving him no chance as the ball struck his pad.

Zampa, who took four wickets in the series opener, has dismissed Babar five times in 10 T20I innings. He has given up 78 runs from 78 balls, including 22 dot balls, against the Pakistani batsman in T20Is.

In his encounters with Zampa, Babar averages 15.6. Overall, he has scored 92 runs off 86 balls against Zampa in this format.

Zampa is the leading bowler against Babar in T20s, surpassing Michael Bracewell, Adam Milne, and Adil Rashid, who have each dismissed Babar five times.

In other news, Pakistan won the first T20I against Australia, taking a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.
