Abdul Samad scored 82 runs and remained unbeaten with 30, while Vanshaj Sharma contributed an important 43 runs. Auqib Nabi dominated with the ball, finishing with impressive match figures of 9 wickets for 123 runs.
Nabi was named Player of the Match for his all-round performance. In Bengal’s first innings, he took five wickets and ended with figures of 5 for 87. The 29-year-old also scored 42 runs, enhancing his reputation as a potential future fast bowler for India.
