Team India have made a couple of changes for Friday’s Group A match against Oman. Harshit Rana and Arshdeep Singh are playing in place of Jasprit Bumrah and Varun Chakaravarthy.
The Indian men’s cricket team are taking on Oman in their third Group A match of the Asia Cup 2025. The match is taking place at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. India captain Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and opted to bat first. Team India have made a couple of changes to the playing XI for Friday’s match against Oman. Star pacer Jasprit Bumrah and world No. 1 T20I bowler Varun Chakaravarthy are not playing, and they are replaced by Harshit Rana and Arshdeep Singh.
During the toss, Surya mentioned Harshit’s name but forgot the other change. He tried to recall the other change but wasn’t able to recollect, and then he said, “We have two changes – Harshit comes in, one more guy comes in… I have become like Rohit (laughs).”
