Samson’s arrival in Kerala always draws attention, and this time Suryakumar added some humor to the event. As the players navigated through excited fans and media, Suryakumar stepped in front of Samson, pretending to be a serious security officer.
With a playful grin, he shouted to the crowd and reporters, “Please give way, move aside! Do not disturb Chetta!” The term Chetta, meaning “big brother” in Malayalam, delighted the fans. Samson, the state’s cricketing figurehead, laughed and followed his captain to the team bus, showcasing the strong camaraderie in the team as they prepare for the crucial match ahead.
