The inaugural PSL Auction for 2026 took place at the Lahore Expo Centre on February 11, 2026. Eight teams picked their players during the draft, which introduced two new franchises: Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen and Sialkot Stallionz.
Each franchise started with a budget of PKR 45 crore for player acquisitions, which could increase to PKR 50.5 crore if they signed an International player who did not participate in the previous season. Hyderabad and Rawalpindi, previously known as Multan, received the highest budget of PKR 50.5 crore, while Quetta Gladiators had the smallest budget of PKR 33.14 crore.
