Ambati Rayudu has started his new role in Cricket administration as he was appointed the head of cricket operations at the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) on May 5.
Having played for Hyderabad and captained the team, Rayudu expressed his enthusiasm for addressing some issues within the association and supporting the growth of local talent.
“I am pleased to announce that I have been appointed as the Head of cricketing operations for HCA by Justice P Naveen Rao (SMC), M Jeevan Reddy (Secretary HCA), and the apex council. This is a great chance to make improvements, but I am especially excited to see the cricket talent in Hyderabad and Telangana grow and produce more players for the national team,” Rayudu shared on X.
