India will begin its preparations for the 2027 ICC World Cup with a three-match One Day International (ODI) series against Afghanistan starting June 14.
This series follows shortly after the conclusion of the 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL), where player performance will be crucial for team selection.
The matches will take place at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala, the Ekana International Stadium in Lucknow, and will conclude at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
