India will take on arch-rival Pakistan in the final of the Asia Cup 2025 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday.
Suryakumar Yadav’s team won both encounters against the cross-border nemesis with relative ease in the group stage and the Super Four, and will look for three wins on the trot.
India has played in the final of the T20I Asia Cup once before, beating Bangladesh by eight wickets in Mirpur in 2016.

Mahmudullah starred with a 13-ball 33 at the death, including two fours and two sixes.
In reply, India cantered to the chase with an over to spare. Shikhar Dhawan top-scored with a 44-ball 60, combining with Virat Kohli (41 off 28 balls) for a 94-run stand. Skipper MS Dhoni struck two sixes, scoring 20 off just six balls to seal the deal.
