The Pakistan women’s Cricket team has announced their squad for the T20I series against Zimbabwe, starting on May 12. Star batter Sidra Amin is not included in the main squad but is in the reserves, along with Diana Baig.
Sadaf Shamas, currently the top scorer in the ODI series, has also been added to the reserves along with Momina Riasat and Syeda Aroob Shah. Iram Javed, who last played in the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, returns to the team.
Amber Kainat, an uncapped seamer, has made the squad after her strong performance in the National Women’s T20 Tournament, where she took 11 wickets in eight matches for Invincibles.
Kainat replaces Humna Bilal, who debuted in the T20I against South Africa in February 2026, having taken two wickets in two games at an economy rate of 9.18. Uncapped batter Saira Jabeen, who also toured South Africa, keeps her place in the team.
All three T20I matches will take place at the National Stadium in Karachi, similar to the ongoing ODI series. Pakistan currently leads the ODI series 2-0 and aims for a clean sweep in the final match on Saturday, May 9.
